For the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the 18th arrondissement is hosting some of the sporting events: how about a little jaunt through the 18th arrondissement for the occasion?
Recently opened in 2023, theArena de la Porte de la Chapelle is the18th arrondissement's only Olympic venue. Designed to host a wide range of cultural and sporting events, the Arena is also the year-round home of Paris Basketball. For the Paris 2024 Games, the Porte de la Chapelle Arena will host the badminton and para-badminton events, as well as the para-taekwondo events for the Paralympics and part of the rhythmic gymnastics events. To reach the site by public transport, take the RER E (Rosa Parks stop), the T3b metro or metro line 12 (Porte de la Chapelle stop).
Arena Porte de la Chapelle, the new sports and cultural hub to the north of Paris
